Hospice House Tour and Lunch

Please come for a tour of our beautiful Hospice House facility, where individuals seeking hospice care can benefit from "hospital-like" care in a "home-like" setting.  Tours will occur each Wednesday beginning at noon and ending with a lunch supplied by our Chef and the culinary team of Creative Dining Services.  Please R.S.V.P. with the number attending by 5:00 p.m. on Friday.  Our number is 616.396.2972.
